When you use NenaLearn, we collect certain information to provide a synchronized and personalized experience:

• Personal Identification: Name, email address, and profile picture (provided via Google Sign-In).
• Progress Data: SRS levels, XP points, medals, daily streaks, and completed stories/lessons.
• Usage Data: Device type, operating system version, and app interaction logs (via Google Analytics).

2. Why We Collect This Data

We process your data for the following purposes:

• To synchronize your learning progress across multiple devices.
• To manage the global Leaderboard and Ranking system.
• To provide AI-based feedback on your speaking and writing performance.
• To send important notifications and study reminders.

3. Permissions

Our app requires the following permissions for specific features:

• Microphone: Used solely for the "Speaking Practice" module to analyze pronunciation. We do not record or store your voice on our servers; processing is done in real-time.
• Notifications: Used to send study reminders and goal achievements.
• Internet Access: Required to sync progress with Google Firebase.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party providers who may collect data according to their own policies:

• Google Play Services
• Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Analytics)

5. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain your progress data as long as your account is active. You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time.

To delete your account, you can use the "Delete Account" option within the App Settings or contact us via email. Upon request, all your records (email, progress, XP) will be permanently erased from our Firebase servers within 7 days.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures provided by Google Firebase to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
